My favorite quality of these needles is that they are not slippery, which is very important for dual tips. The yarn is still easy to work with and slips off the needles as you work it, but it's not constantly trying to slip off the wrong side of the needle and throw off the stitches. They are lightweight and easy to use. Although I've been a knitter all my life, I've never used double stitches and have knitted 5 hats in record time.
