As mentioned in other reviews, the bracket hole sizes do not match the OEM product sizes. On one end of the bracket I rounded the hole with a large drill and then lengthened it with a file. This process was time consuming so I grabbed the other end of the bracket with a Dremel tool and lengthened the hole in about 5 minutes. It's much quicker and easier to machine the second bracket with a Dremel tool, and it doesn't remove more bracket metal than is needed for the installation. I saved $20 per side for little hassle. I would do it again.
