Broken Screws
At first I was discouraged because 2 of the 4 D-ring screws would not come loose and were very easy to remove. So I searched the internet for hacks that might help me. None of them worked. But perseverance and patience paid off. I took the pliers, grabbed the center pole and unscrewed it. I've applied WD-40 and hopefully can screw them back into my bag I bought them for.
