For the second year in a row, I've been using the mouse, and I couldn't be happier. For my hand, which is around average size, the mouse fit like a glove, and all of the buttons are easily positioned under my fingers. Convenience is an issue that is entirely subjective. When using a computer for two to three hours per day, primarily for office work and Internet browsing, and occasionally for playing games, a charge from two batteries will last approximately two months. There have been absolutely no complaints regarding the item's ability to survive, provided that the younger son did not drop it. However, after a month of use, the encoder let me down and started performing false scrolls. For instance, when I scroll up, the page scrolls down when it should be the other way around. I've already given it two separate cleanings. I believe that Logitech should have anticipated this issue in advance because the mouse is not a very inexpensive product segment. After I gently changed it with a glue gun, sealed the locations where dirt got in, and it has been working perfectly for the past six months, I believe that Logitech should have anticipated this issue.
