There were mixed reviews for this pot but I ordered it. I'm very happy with it! It arrived safe and sound with no dents or damage and arrived on time as promised. I used it to make a large batch of soup and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I made zuppa toscana (Italian potato soup) and nothing stuck to the bottom. Very well cooked. I started the pot on medium heat as suggested, then turned the heat down to medium-high. The density of the pot is perfect. I didn't want anything too heavy because it's too hard for me to handle. But I needed it as a replacement for the standard pot, which was too thin for me and everything burned on the bottom. This pot is the perfect intermediate. I highly recommend this pot.
