I have some tips for users! They work great, but there are some quirks to overcome. I have a cleaning company. I'm tired of using swiffers because they're wasteful, can't be washed and reused, and don't collect as much dust as I thought they would. What you really need to do with them is wash them VERY often. If you vacuum the whole house, it must be washed before reuse. If you don't wash it regularly, it will get tangled. This is the most important part to keep them in good shape. I prefer •hand wash• to machine wash.
