Review on Chaco ZCLOUD Womens Sandals Oculi Men's Shoes and Athletic by Charles Dean

I really wanted to like them but: 1. They run big. I have a classic 7 with narrow and rather low feet and these 7s just look great on me. If that's what you're after, I'd recommend going down a whole size. 2. The heel strap is not adjustable. It was the ultimate deal breaker. Why do you have an adjustable strap on one side but no strap on the other side/heel? This caused the sandals to flap and almost fall off their feet because there was no way to secure the heel. 3. Even the adjustable strap has issues. I tightened it all the way and now there is a long strap hanging off my sandal and I can't fasten it. Just weird. I left 2 stars because at least they seem durable and good quality and might fit someone with larger feet. I just wish they advertised that they were only made for wide feet with high arches or something. Unreliable for me. Will have to return. :(
