If you have a Bunn machine these filters are a MUST! I've tried economical filter baskets (although the price is out of this world or something!) and I've tried washable filter baskets with my 10-cup Bunn coffee maker. The washable filter was incredibly small and allowed too much grinding in my carafe. Standard or economy recycle bins tend to drain too slowly and overflow, resulting in excessive grinding in the carafe. If you're like me, it really doesn't bother you too much.
