I've been skeptical about these blenders since I first saw them in 2014. Then they were powered by two AA batteries and I know some models are still around. The reason I was initially skeptical was the power issue and the quality and finish of the blender. The agitator looks cheap and I didn't know how long the small parts connecting the motor to the agitator would last. Well, this particular blender is great because it's rechargeable. The stirrer is still the same style and still looks cheap but I have to say I've been using it for almost a week and it's showing no signs of failure. Mixes very well if you follow the instructions. The cover fits snugly and securely, as does the motor housing. The blender jug as a whole is also very durable. It is easy to clean and has a pleasant appearance. Time will tell if the components start breaking, but so far I'm happy with my purchase.
