Perfectly weighted meat mallet AND dishwasher safe.
We eat a lot of meat in our family and I know the benefits of beating meat like chicken so it cooks faster and more evenly, plus the textured side really helps with marinating and seasoning. I am thankful that I finally found one that is dishwasher safe. I saw this stainless steel from Mountain Grillers and decided to give it a try. Well I can report that I washed it in the dishwasher last night after dinner and it came out brilliantly clean. It's durable, perfectly weighted and I'm very happy with it!
