First of all, I've only had this machine for 3 weeks and use it daily. I live in an area with horrible tap water and appallingly high monthly water bills. I buy 2.5 gallons of spring water from the grocery store every few days, which quickly adds up. This machine does exactly what it advertises: put it in tap water and the result is 0 TDS water. I have few critical comments. I don't see any replacement filters at Revain - I really hope the price is acceptable2. The tank is quite small if you have a large family - you may need to run it several times a day3. The plastic separator in the fill tank is pretty flimsy - I was afraid I would accidentally break it. Those issues aside - I think it's a bit pricey for the size. Maybe $250-$300 would be a bit more reasonable since you still need to buy filters for it eventually. But it helped me a lot and I would buy it again.
