Exact OEM replacement. It includes a new pressure switch and check valve assembly. UPDATE 01/14/17: It was installed and ran for over 6 months until the end of November. Just replacing this part turned into a nightmare! I have to change my guess to reflect the problem: the pressure regulator is operating at a much higher pressure than the previous one. We cannot adjust it below 55-60psi. Our system originally ran at 40-45psi and this higher pressure was causing a lot of leaks, this system was originally set at 70-75psi! We had to rebuild the entire system to fix the leaks. When I checked the pressure gauge, I found the cause. We also used more water and struggled to balance the shower temperature. All of these are unexpected consequences of an OEM exchange! If I cannot solve this problem, an additional pressure regulator may be required.
