Bought to replace the plastic handle. When it arrived one of the seals was folded in half in the packaging. I had to install it twice as the folded gasket didn't work and ended up leaking. The second installation was successful. When we got to our first destination, the metal handle I was so proud of flew away in the wind, gone forever, maybe stuck in the grille of the next car. I will replace this unit again with a Valterra product and will return it if possible. Thank you Camco for turning what should have been a simple solution into a headache. UPDATE: Contacted Camco Manufacturing and they were happy to send me a replacement pen. I applied blue thread lock and I doubt it will come loose again any time soon.
