I bought these headphones to use exclusively for PC gaming because of their low latency for movies/games and long battery life. Low Latency (Movie/Game Mode): Works with no issues. around 150ms, which is the current standard for low-latency TWS headphones. You can't get anything below that. If they say you will, they are lying. Logitech 2.4 GHz wireless headsets have a latency of around 70 ms. So you only have twice the latency of those that are negligible unless you're worried about your audio latency and play competitively. 1.5/10 seconds is negligible for me. Your mileage may vary. Note, however, that you won't find any lower-latency TWS headphones at this time. Disposable Battery Life: In my experience, the battery life was nowhere near 12 hours. I've tried playing with them 3 times so far, with a full charge, and the left earbud lasts 7 hours and the right one 8. The left one runs out faster and faster, which is not normal. I should mention that I use it at 50% volume, which should improve battery life. Technical issue: I'm not sure if it's hardware or codec related, but the audio is playing at a very low volume. So if you want to get them, put them on, and fall asleep while watching or listening to something at a very low volume, you can't. Imagine if they implemented a "cutoff" that limits the minimum decibel the headphones can reproduce. So the sound starts clipping around that level, which is low, but not as low as other headphones. I don't have this issue with updated Tranya t10 or Galaxy Buds+. With these headphones I can make it much quieter and the sound doesn't get interrupted. With jlab, in "I want to go to sleep and watch this volume of the episode" you only hear about half of what people say on the show. it's a little weird. the tones are cut off, and there is also a strange left and right swinging of the speaker in the headphones. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the sounds go back and forth between the speakers. It's just a bad experience. You won't be able to last more than a minute, so you'll have to turn up the volume, but then the volume will be too high for sleep. As I said, with other headphones I can use a much lower volume. Sound Quality: Not neutral at all. not even close. So if you want a neutral sound like studio monitors, this isn't for you at all. it's quite the opposite. but that's not necessarily a bad thing. They have a "fun" commercial sound with bizarre bass and treble. the bass does its best to be deep, but you can only do that with this driver size before it starts to distort. the heights are ok, nothing offensive or particularly noticeable. if you need tws headphones with neutral sound, choose lypertek tevi. I have yet to hear headphones with a more neutral sound than these. Soundstage: This is where I was most impressed. It has one of the widest soundstages I've heard in TWS headphones. Sounds are clear and distinct. I think it's because the sound profile is quite dynamic. So you get a pretty decent reverb effect from surround sound codecs like dts headphones x or dolby atmos. (Windows sound sucks. If you like virtual surround effects, spend $10-$15 and buy a dts or dolby codec.) anc: not even on. fuck it all. Just buy memory foam ear tips and they isolate more background noise than TWS ear tips and save battery life too. Competitive comparison: I have another pair that I use for gaming. Improved TRANYA T10. I really like these. Their only small issue is that they have very little background noise which you won't hear unless what you are hearing is very VERY quiet and you are trying to hear the noise. and its battery life is 8 hours. and they last 8 hours. And they are cheaper. I wanted to try these jlabs because I thought maybe they wouldn't have the background noise they don't. but they have other more pressing problems. and because they claim to have longer battery life, which is great for long gaming sessions. Final thought: I can't vote for this because I knew what I signed up for on the product images BUT I still hate it. I'm talking about the built-in USB cable. every other tws earphone case has a female jack, so we take that into account in our settings. I personally use a magnetic cable to charge my devices. So I'm going to plug a small magnetic adapter into an outlet (otherwise) and use magnetic cable. They are amazing. You just bring the cable close enough and it plugs into the adapter. I can't do that with these buds. What was the point of this cable? I honestly don't understand how it was necessary. You could use this space to make case battery bigger or case smaller.
