I like that we have all our information at one place for quick access to any data needed or required from anywhere within my organization! The system is easy enough even without computer training but with some instruction it's very user friendly as well!! Nothing really - this program works great overall. We are able improve efficiency through better communication between departments via email/phone calls etc., also reduce IT costs thru reduced hardware purchases & maintenance fees (as most computers now run off cloud services).
