I used this along with the AKDY AZ-6021 8" Chrome Bathroom Shower Head. The shower head comes without instructions, it took a while for me. To make it easier for you, I am writing a step-by-step installation guide and adding photos for each step. Let me know if this was helpful :) 1- Place the screen gasket in the socket 2- Place the large round gasket in the socket 3- Place the swivel ball in the socket 4- Place the thicker gasket into the shower head and screw the connector (attached to the pivoting ball) to the head . Finally, bend the bracket as you like and fasten it with the wing nuts. Leaks: Since there are multiple connection points, leaks may occur. In my case it was very small. If that bothers you, you can "seal" the pipe threads with Teflon tape. There is some tape in the box (it's at the bottom, it's very easy to miss) but it's clearly not enough for a few connections. You can buy them from Revain or your local hardware store (where it's a lot cheaper).
