Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very well made and high transfer rate

This cable was packaged in a resealable bag that can be used as a storage bag. The cable also has a velcro closure that makes it easy to route the cable. The cable jacket is made of high quality rubber and the connector has a strain relief. To test the transfer speed, I used a laptop with a Thunderbolt port, an NVME USB adapter. and Samsung 980 Pro PCIE 4 NVME. I've achieved 33Gbps sequential read speeds with this cable, and this is the upper limit of the NVME to USB adapter, which is limited to PCIE 3 speeds. I have no doubt that this cable can reach the specification of 40Gbps when I have two PCs with Thunderbolt. With. Considering that most USB-C cables are rated at 10Gbps and some charging cables are rated at 480Mbps, this is a really good cable at a reasonable price.

Pros
  • Universal compatibility
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
