Review on Metcal STTC 037 Soldering Temperature Applications by Adam Jenkins
Works perfect for me.
I prefer the low temp tips, I have an old base station with no auto shut off and with the low temp tips they don't burn out if I forget to turn off the station at night. They also don't burn through boards as easily as the standard series.
