Great product, customer service leaves a lot to be desired

This is really good because when I fully detailed my car and they didn't put all my stuff back in my car including my wheel lock key I got like that a lot of effort to get it off my wheels. After trying a few YouTube tips I had to give up and take it to a dealership. In that sense, he does what he has to do really well. What I didn't like was how difficult it is to order a replacement key, even if the ordering information is provided to the seller. I contacted the seller and one day they will answer you then they will forget you.
