Bad device for code readers and scan tools
1 contains upgrade instructions but no user instructions. So good luck, no there isn't one available on their website.2. It just didn't work. Showed the power indicator but the screen was dead out of the box. I spent half an hour trying to figure out if there is some kind of activation button to press because again there are no instructions.3. Your customer service is terrible. Oh maybe it's not for your car and that's why it didn't work, you should try it on another car. Very helpful, let me buy another car so I can use your product. Great offer.
