does not bubble everywhere

I was looking for something that would create a bubble curtain. It's a light blue and I have natural stones so it shows. In addition, there are bubbles from just a tiny section. What's the point of having a long rectangular shape if only one section of one size actually blisters? I could just attach a tiny bladder stone to the end of the tubing for this effect.
