If you're looking at all the other mounts available, these are definitely ones to consider. It does what is expected, the mount tilts up and down and is very secure. It took my wife and I about an hour to put everything together and the TV on the wall looks amazing! The price is unbelievable compared to other mounts out there. In general I am very satisfied with the purchase. Well, just to give you an idea of general settings and things, it has a lot of holes for attaching to the studs, but I would recommend mounting it as if it were centered on two studs. You can position the TV about three inches to either side as other reviews say, but then it's fixed so you can't move it back and forth without unscrewing the bracket on the mount itself, not to say this it's impossible do that. But it's not as simple as stepping on him and pushing him. The tilt is a safe tilt, meaning one more screw secures it once you've got it where you want it. If you plan on moving the TV on your own I wouldn't recommend this mount, but if you plan on placing it, attaching the TV and leaving it where it is after a little tweaking, I would definitely recommend!
