Got the gloss black and color was exactly as pictured, good size, everything included etc. It keeps my drinks hot/cold but the lid keeps cracking from steam (or fizz if I'm putting soda on). add) unless you leave the mouth open, which can allow your drink to reach room temperature and pose a spill hazard (I bought this for work because we need approved waterproof mugs around our computers). I recommend this mug if you only want to use it with a cold drink straw so that the black slider on the lid doesn't break so quickly. Otherwise, choose a travel mug that you can actually clean.
