Filters crumpled on one side and did not arrive life size
Sorry, these filters are not the same as the ones I usually buy in large specialty stores. All of these filters were at least 1/16 inch all around and didn't exactly fit the 12 x 12 x 1 inch holes in my ceiling inlet/outlet vents. The box they came in looked ok but when I opened the box it looked like someone had squeezed in 4 filters; all filters have a pleat on one side. Lesson learned!
