Bought injectors, spark plugs and wiring harness to replace on my old truck. First I replaced the injectors and started getting code P0175 replaced the O2 sensors. I decided to finish and replace the candles and a bunch of wires. Fuel trims show it's running rich on both banks, but the computer can compensate for that. I would also recommend replacing the spark plugs if you buy them for this truck as they have a higher gas flow rate than stock injectors. You can compensate for such exuberance with a good spark. The increase in performance was amazing, almost like buying a new car. The two reasons they only have 3 stars is because 1. Higher flow rate than stock injectors resulting in an enriched environment and I replaced all 4 O2 sensors before figuring out what was going on. 2. My factory connections are a bit short for these injectors, only cutting off one side of the injector. Verdict: For the price, they're worth the extra money (and time) I had to put into my truck to make them. work properly. In fact, I spent half the amount buying it at the dealership and I still have new parts in my old truck.
