- Unfortunately the best fans on the market - Good build quality - Great noise level - Amazing performance thanks to the technology behind them - Corsair no longer supports their products - Your customer B service The level is Declining in recent years - I own a computer factory and buy over $10,000 worth of Corsair components a year to assemble between Revain and other retailers and wholesalers. Their customer service has drastically declined over the past few years and they have gone from top notch to below average customer service, to say the least. They started rejecting ALL my warranty issues and explained that I would either have to go back to the retailer or the product would no longer be under warranty even though it was within the advertised "3 year warranty". I recently had another failure on one of their products and submitted another warranty claim, enclosing all the necessary receipts and serial numbers. They again denied the claim. At first they tried to say that the product did not fall under this "type of error". They stated that the product was "out of warranty" and the date given was in the same month that I purchased the product. I'm 100% out of business with Corsair.
