This power supply features DUAL SATA (2 SATA connectors) but connected to ONE CABLE, giving you 3 to 4 inches of space for your SATA devices. It's basically an old PSU with 2 SATA connectors replacing the 2 MOLEX connectors that were there before. There are better power supplies in this price/performance class that split the SATA connections over different cables and have a 20+8 connection instead of the outdated 20+4. If you have an older computer that requires a replacement power supply with no SATA drives and does not require a 20+8 connector, this power supply may be right for you.
