These are non-stick baking sheets and you get three. Large: 18.5" x 13, Medium: 16.5" x 11", Small: 14.5" x 10, all 0.75" high. Very easy to use and good for temperatures up to 450 degrees I don't know many cookie recipes if high temperatures above 450 degrees are required at all!I've washed them lightly and should be fine if you want to throw them in the dishwasher.Since they're non-stick I wouldn't use metal or cleaning pads use on it.A good set for a housewarming gift as all three sizes are comfortable.
