I like that it makes sure to save all of my emails in one place so if there's an issue with any email i can go back and find where its stored instead of having multiple copies scattered around everywhere. It also helps me keep track of what has been sent or received from everyone which saves time when replying/responding as well as looking up who was involved in certain conversations. Sometimes you have no idea how many times someone had opened your message before they responded but this allows us to see exactly who did open our correspondence at least once (if not more). We've found we're able to respond quicker because people are less likely to delete their copy than ours since everything is saved together.
