We were struggling to fit a doorknob on our door. The disk was not found. We called customer service and Louie was very helpful. She helped us find the plate (which is attached to the side with the batteries, just remove it). She sent us a video to help install it. She had to send us a new one as the bolt was broken. He arrived two days later. She was very patient and told us to call her if we couldn't get a new one.
