So far it seems to be working and holding up well.

So far so good and it will last. I really want the velcro strips to be moved to where the soft part was where the notched part of the velcro was sewn on. At the moment the rough Velcro is rubbing against the fabric of my visor due to its size and I'm afraid it will start to eat away at the fabric of my visor.
