Sturdy, non-slip, wide handle

Very strong and sharp. The wide handle helps a lot with balancing. The non-slip grip at the base really supports and protects your hand from accidental cuts when trying to hold the grate in place. Grating vegetables is a risk. The last thing you want is for the grill to slip off and you lose some of your skin. I definitely love the design!
