After a month of use, the internal passageway from the coffee grinder to the outlet for the grinding jar is clogged. There is no access to this internal passage, the grist will stand up and clog the coffee grinder, which is why it stops working altogether. I've tried turning it upside down and shaking it, tapping it, and even tapping it with my hand. It was hopeless. Poor design, when transitioning from the grinder to the grinder jar, the grinder should not move horizontally. All other grinders throw the ground coffee directly into the grinding cup. I saw another similar grinder with this design which got a lot of reviews, many complained that the grinder got stuck and stopped working - it's a bad design.
