A great educational tool for discipline and reflection!
This time we bought a mat hoping for consequences for our baby. If he disobeys multiple times, we put him on a 30 second timeout and then explain why we're putting him on the mat. Next time he does this we will ask him why we brought him to the point of thought and he will tell what he did wrong. The carpet makes a very good impression. It's also a decent size at 24 inches, so we can put our little fella in the middle, but if he moves a bit he's still on it. Overall we are happy with our purchase and have seen a noticeable improvement in behavior as a result of this new tool.
