High quality item. Not sure if the price justifies it, but definitely quieter than the factory fan on my HP 8300 Ultra-Thin Form Factor PC. There's still airflow noise that's inevitable with small, fast fans, but it doesn't have the electronic hum or any vibration noise that I've noticed with a standard fan. Fits perfectly, looks like a long life fan (enterprise grade). This. Its small bearings are of good quality and quiet, causing no more noise than air turbulence. Works well for the PC sitting under my monitor in front of me. Definitely helps
