Our company has purchased several of these docking stations. My dock has been working great for a few months now. Now he has serious hardware problems. While working, my monitors go black and then turn on and off intermittently. I know it's hardware because I replaced it with all my cables with a co-worker's docking station identical to mine and used it for hours non-stop. When I plugged my dock back in, I had the same issues 15 minutes later. If it behaves like this I can turn it off and then turn it back on and the problem is gone for about 10 minutes. My main problem is that WAVLINK doesn't have a support number that I can find. I've been emailing support for over a week and this issue is still not resolved. Due to the fast RMA processing times, we will most likely be purchasing Dell docking stations instead of WAVLINK.
