Great product, I have frontosa, mbuna and peacock cichlids and spotted catfish and all my tank mates are healthy and happy. I've been using this with every water change for over a year with no problems and no cloudiness. I always add salt to the nasal filter so it dissolves slowly and doesn't irritate the fish. I recommend using this product if you are serious about the welfare of your cichlids. This is especially useful if your tap water in your area doesn't have a high pH, as cichlids prefer a high pH.
