I've been experimenting with gluten free bread for the last 3 years and finally had to admit that one of the reasons most gluten free loaves are "small" is because they just don't turn over. even in a medium sized pot. I've baked paleo bread in these pans that would not rise easily or bake evenly in any other pan. I find these pans really make a difference in my bread results! And when I spray them with Spectum Coconut Oil first, the bread comes off very easily and the pans are clean in no time! I highly recommend it!
