. Matches so many other reviews that this cable falls short. I'm not an audiophile or a cable snob, but I do believe in connecting speakers to something that's rated for load and distance. So it's very frustrating to buy something like this and it can be misleading. I'm not sure how the cable could be causing this, but after installing it on both of my surround systems, the auto-calibration failed on both systems (from two different brands) with a polarity error. Once I ripped the stuff out and replaced it with some decent *true* 12 gauge wire, those problems went away.
