Review on ☕️ Gray Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter with MultiStream Technology by Elijah Pope

Revainrating 1 out of 5

WARNING. Imperfect design of Keurig® K-Supreme multi-flow faucet

The design of at least the Keurig® K-Supreme multi-flow faucet is seriously flawed and will not work properly with Keurig® K-Supreme brews. During brewing, the water cannot flow through the filter as quickly as it exits the Multiflow, causing the water to overflow, run down the edges of the filter and flow straight into your coffee mug. coffee or a few drops. That is, about 5 seconds after the coffee jet begins to fill the cup, a constant stream of water flows continuously into the cup at the same time as the brewed coffee. The resulting "drink” is 2/3 brewed coffee and 1/3 water. No matter what you do, even if you search things with a helpdesk agent (yes, I did that), the results are always the same. Things the support team have suggested and tried: - The device is broken. Sent back for a new one that works just as well. Same watery result. Too fine grind. Grind fresh beans very coarsely. The same watery result.- Of course also the soil. Grind fresh beans until finely ground. Same watery results - substrate should be "medium" grounded. Grind fresh beans to medium size. The same watery results - base overflow. Less than half full to the "Full" line. Same watery result - The bases must be filled exactly to the "Full Line". Areas are filled very carefully up to the "Full" line. Same watery results - product not used properly. I was watching Keurig's YouTube video while on the phone with customer support. Confirmed that it is inserted correctly. The same watery results - The red rubber seal was not sealed. Firmly pressed. Same watery result - The red rubber seal should not be "closed". Removed all four seals. The same watery - the tip needs to be twisted. Gentle and strong twisting of the secure top. Same watery results - The top doesn't fit tight enough. Applied with the power of a thousand angry customers. Same results with water. Keurig has a defective product in combination with Keurig® K-Supreme Multi-stream. How it got out of development or the heck someone at Keurig is making a cup of coffee with it on this machine is so bigger than me I just find it incomprehensible. Better do it Keurig. Much better. It's terrible.
