I love this brand's t-shirts! They hold up incredibly well and are super soft! My son is 3 but closer to the size of a 4-5 year old. He is very tall, and his height and weight are very proportionate. So just for size we always bought 1-3 sizes up but I would say that shouldn't be the case for the average kid. I think I should say that the size chart is very accurate! Do not buy by age, but by parameters. I have a niece who is 3 months younger than my son and she will match her age or less. So it depends on the child. Again, I love these shirts and will be buying them for as long as my son can fit in! I envy and want them to be adult size! love love love!
