Ideal for mountain hiking and climbing. Highly recommended for people with knee problems. The lack of heel cushioning keeps you on the balls of your feet and prevents your heel from hitting your knees.
Pros
- Very comfortable and stylish. If they don't take root, fine. It just means more to me.
Cons
- May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.
