Review on SMART Equipment Management by Chris Shepherd

Smart equipment can be installed in various types, with different features like cameras or sensors that allow us to monitor our vehicles remotely from anywhere around world! It is also very useful for keeping track when it comes time to replace parts as we are not physically present at each machine location anymore!! I do wish they had more functionality but overall its been good so far.

They need better customer service support especially during emergencies since their contact information isn't always up dated (or any sort) even if there's an emergency situation happening right then & while calling them doesn'r get answered sometimes which makes things difficult. ! Overall great product though would recommend checking out other companies too just because i have heard some really bad reviews about this one specifically i believe due mostly lack fo communication issues by both parties involved.
