TomTom 910 in portable GPS devices

This is my fourth GPS. There are many errors in the ad and I have sent the corrections back to the company. But they want more money to get updated software. The route is bad, e.g. B. Turn left, up the hill and then turn right to go down the hill, while the best route is to turn right then left on level ground to get to the same point and along better roads. There are better devices at a cheaper price.
