Robust Customer Service Tool for Remote Teams

I have been using this software since last two years in my organization as an account manager of our client's insurance product which is used by several clients across India at different locations (I am located out side Delhi). This tool has made work so much easier because it automates all activities related customer service like handling complaints or queries from users etc., It also helps me keep track about what needs attention first time around when user calls/ emails us directly through chatbot feature! The best part would be "Chatbots" that help you answer simple questions without having any human intervention required! Greatly reduces workload & makes life easy while working remotely too!! 1) User Interface could use some improvement2.) Some features are not available yet3.). No integration option wgihin webview4).[ Integration between ChatBot'"PercepT".
