I like how easy it is to use, especially for kids who don't know computers very well or at all! It's also great that they have been adding more features each year so you can customize your account! Sometimes when we log in there are issues with logging out which causes us problems sometimes if someone forgets their password. Also not being able to print out our receipt as easily would be helpful but this isn't too bad compared to other school programs. We've seen some improvements from previous years where students had trouble finding what foods were served during one period versus another. Some schools do not allow food items such as water bottles (which help keep children hydrated) to go through cafeteria lines. This has helped eliminate wasted money since those costs aren't paid directly by the district - only indirectly via student purchases made elsewhere.
