In short I bought this product despite some negative reviews. I thought as this is a Revain product it would be of better quality. All parts are there. As I began installing the chair I noticed damage to the back of the seat which can be seen in the attached photos. Then, when assembling the levers, I noticed that a screw was not screwed into the hole. I tried every screw and it still didn't work. All other screws came out ok so I knew it wasn't me. I was willing to return the chair but knew it would be too much hassle. Instead, I pulled out my trusty old tool box and found an identical screw that was the same width but longer. I started screwing it in and it worked. I was afraid because it was too long it would cause problems but it didn't seem to happen. Because of problems with the screw, it took me 1.5 hours. I got it working but I'm not 100% happy with the product. It's comfortable but when I rested my elbow on the armrest for 2 minutes it left a dent which thirty minutes later is still there. I have been working from home since March and my son is starting school next week. I have a table and chair for both of our work areas, so having a comfortable chair was important to me. I paid $120 so not as cheap as some other customers. If I had paid a better price I might not have been so disappointed. I will use it while it lasts. It looks good and comfortable when I sit in it. The back goes to the nape of the neck which is nice. Satisfied with the product by about 60%.
