Review on ☕ Adagio Teas 010026001 utiliTEA Electric Kettle: Adjustable Temperature, 57 oz, Stainless Steel, Black by Jesse Hernandez

My old Adagio utiliTEA was fantastic! Lasts more than 9 years with repeated use. But this model. I tried two devices and both didn't really heat the water. At first the LED blinked and wouldn't turn on. When I contacted Adagio they said the device was defective. I bought a second one and it was the same. Their products have seriously deteriorated in quality. I don't need computer chips in my water heater, just an on/off switch. To their credit I have sent in both units and have received a full refund each time, but I will not be buying this brand again.
