My daughter wanted this as a birthday present. she loves loves He talks about it on his blog. They even jokingly asked for sponsorship because this "company" is a bombshell between teas and this teapot.

I would like to prepare a hot cup of tea in peace. The thing squeaks and is too loud. I miss the old model of this company. It beeps when you select an option and when you're done. There's no reason for that and it's annoying.

I bought this earlier kettle from us which only had an on/off switch. You need something that won't burn the tea and make it bitter. Finally managed to improve the temperature for the various teas I've bought from Adagio.

This kettle works great but is being returned because it beeps. It will beep when you put it on the stand, set the temperature when it's done and at other random times. Not good for those who wake up early in the morning trying to secretly brew a cup of tea.

While I'm happy with the different temperatures for different teas, I'm extremely disappointed that within two months (yes, just two months!) rust appeared! It must be stainless steel, very disappointed. I'd like to request a replacement so I'll look into that.

This kettle has the ideal temperature for any delicate tea. Temperature settings range from 165 to 180, clearly not taking into account the proper temperature for matcha tea of 170 degrees Fahrenheit. I am very disappointed that I use a thermometer to get 170 degrees. This is no better than boiling water in a kettle or saucepan.

Different types of tea require different brewing temperatures to achieve the best taste. Green tea in particular needs a lower water temperature, otherwise the infusion will be too bitter.
