My husband bought another device for his 2016 Audi Allroad (which doesn't require power) and he loves it and works great. Unfortunately, my car (Audi A4 2013) required a USB power cable version. While this device connects at times and sounds great, it doesn't stay connected with Bluetooth. It falls very often and every time you turn off the car. So I have to unplug it from the USB and unplug it from the MMI to get it working again. I had to do this multiple times a day so it was impossible to salvage. Sent back for a refund. The company was very responsive with great customer service. This device just doesn't work for my system.
